  3. Subleased premises and term

    The Tenant sublets [area] to the Subtenant from [date] to [date], ending no later than the head lease.

  4. Rent

    The Subtenant pays [amount] per month to the Tenant.

  5. Compliance

    The Subtenant will comply with the head lease obligations that relate to the subleased premises.

  6. Indemnity

    The Subtenant will indemnify the Tenant for any breach that causes loss under the head lease.
